Gourmet Paleo Cooking, Foodie Love, CrossFit, and More.
Hey out there… my name is Nicole Tanzillo, and I’m a foodie. For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved cooking, baking, and most importantly, eating. My tastes varied from the simple pleasure of (gasp!) Kraft Deluxe macaroni and cheese to the more sophisticated experience of truly amazing sushi to the caffeinated joy of a crisp, cold Diet Coke.
I recently made a change to a Paleo lifestyle (read more about my transformation here), which meant my go-to library of recipes was pretty much off-limits. However, I still wanted to be able to host gourmet dinner parties and prepare food that unequivocally tasted good, while still being in line with my dietary needs. And so PaleoBetty was born…
PaleoBetty is a foodie site dedicated to gourmet Paleo cooking, with a little bit of CrossFit, entertaining, sustainable farming, and lifestyle thrown in for good measure.
Thanks for visiting, and please don’t hesitate to drop me a line!
Oh my gosh, this is AWESOME! I recall you saying that you used to bake cakes but I had no idea you’d learned to use your powers for good! I can’t wait to try these recipes, you’ve saved my palate!
So glad you like it, Wendy! It’s certainly keeping in the kitchen and out of trouble. 😉 Let me know if you try any of the recipes!
Hi Nicole. I’m a fellow CrossFitter and affiliate owner in Phoenix AZ. I just herd you on CrossFit Radio and I am super stoked to share your blog with my wife. I had some Ideas about Grass fed beef that I was wondering if you might be able to help me with.
Hi there! Thanks so much for your super kind note! Would love to hear your ideas on the Grass Fed beef – shoot ’em over!

Hi Chris!
Whew… I’m so sorry it’s taken so long to get back to you! It’s been quite a crazy few months between PaleoBetty, working full time, and being prego with my first baby. We’re nearing the end of the pregnancy, so I’m scrambling to get all caught up before life takes another interesting turn! 😉
Thanks so much for getting in touch and for your very kind comments! Lean Out App looks great – I’m excited to see it take off! I’ll admit, I’m a little short on time these days, but I’m marking the partner sign up and will take a very close look – thank you so much for inviting me to be a part of it!
All the best!
Nicole
